Each gummy carries the equivalent of 6,000mg of wild Irish sea moss alongside fifteen other ingredients, chosen to cover the areas most people are quietly missing rather than to do one single job.

Minerals and thyroid support. Irish sea moss and bladderwrack are both natural sources of iodine, potassium, calcium and trace minerals — the foundation the rest of the formula is built on.
